About the Teacher 🧙‍♀️

I am an elemental artist and instructor specialised in making and using mineral pigments. I am also a self-taught facilitator on meditation and self-therapy. My instruction approach is towards Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP), people with abandonment trauma, victim mentality and lack of self-love. I have experience in the use of practices like shadow-work, inner child work, parts-work and art therapy. I am also a Ba Duan Jin practitioner and Breathwork student.
I believe in Alchemy for self-transformation, the power of the five elements for self-empowerment and the beauty of Yin and Yang energies for finding balance in life.
